Medical loss ratio harms consumers, agents

A new survey by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors shows that the federal health care law’s medical loss ratio provision has had a devastating effect on agents’ ability to maintain a high level of customer service to their clients.

When you've completed the reading assignment simply complete the course exam found at the end of the reading assignment and Student Acknowledgement form. The Student Acknowledgement form is your statement that you did not use the reading assignment or receive any assistance to complete the exam.

Send the completed exam and acknowledgement form via regular mail, fax or e-mail to NAIFA-Florida.

Once we receive the exam and acknowledgement we'll grade it and post your credit with the state of FL. We'll also send you a Certificate of Completion for your records. It doesn't get much easier!
