Three new NAIFA products are recruiting dynamite!

The new NAIFA professional development system was unveiled in San Diego and members were very vocal in their support of the new system. It is a simple, color coded system that easily details programs and products to enhance members’ knowledge and skills, provide business services and provide networking and mentoring opportunities. We are looking into how we can get hard copies of this product to be used for agency presentations or one-on-one recruiting efforts. In the meantime check it out at www.NAIFA.org in the member benefit section.

Not only will the system easily lead members to these resources, the visual simplicity of it is perfect for recruiting. Members won’t have to remember and describe the many benefits of membership, it is all right there for the prospective member to see and understand – the online version even verbally describes each benefit.

Another convention hit, that is also recruiting dynamite, is the new Member Benefits Calculator. It literally describes and calculates the savings and benefits members receive, by state and local association, and shows how much they save in excess of their membership dues! Both of these great new systems can be found in the “What’s New” section on the NAIFA.org website and under Member Benefits at www.naifa.org.

The third big hit – the LIMRA Market Awareness Seminar Series. Click on this under member benefits and watch the presentation. Many have described it as some of the best sales training videos they have ever seen – if not the best. Whether it is for a new advisor looking for top training techniques or an experienced advisor who needs a little freshener, take a look at this great new tool.
