DFS Annuity Suitability Forms Released

The Department of Financial Services has released temporary forms to be used when making a suitablity determination when selling or exchanging annuities for seniors.

The final forms are still being finalized in the required rule making process, so the Department has released the forms to be used in the interim, since the law (F.S. 627.4554) now requires the analysis to be done. Click here to access the DFS website and the links for the forms.

NAIFA-Florida will notify members when the final forms are released, call us at 850-422-1701 with questions or concerns.
