IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE NEW INSURANCE AGENCY LICENSING LAW IN FLORIDA
A law was passed during the 2005 legislative session that requires all insurance agencies to apply for licensure or registration by October 1, 2006. Click the following hyperlink for an overview of the major points of the law.

To apply for your agency license/registration click the following hyperlink and select “Insurance Agency”. Once you enter your FEIN # or SS # & DOB, enter your agent license number and click “Login”. Make sure that you go through all of the screens and complete all requested information. Your application is not complete until the system tells you it is complete.
