Membership Skills and Tools Training delivered via webinar and posted on line in the NAIFA Online Leaders Training Center for those unable to participate.

Module # 3: May 14, 2010, 11:00am – 4:00pm, Ocala, Location TBA, Live Training Session

They say that times of challenge are also times of great opportunity, the question is do we have the leadership capacity to seize that opportunity and prosper from it? In this life changing session, attendees will learn the steps to becoming:

• Outside the Box Innovators, who create great ideas that, lead to an increased bottom line for their local association and its members.
• Self Directed and Self Motivated Masters of Change that can be their best in any environment.
• Agents of Hope who act as catalysts…inspiring those around them to be their best to maximize their local association’s potential.

Module # 4: July 20, 2010, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Advocacy Training

A special Grassroots Advocacy Training session will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 during our Annual Career Advancement Conference. During this session local association volunteer leaders will learn how to leverage their members’ political influence and power to affect a positive outcome for our industry.
