Limiited space is available for a special offering of the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Agent Certification Training Program which will be held in conjunction with the Florida Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors' Career Advancement Conference and Expo. The FAIFA Career Advancement Conference will be held July 14-16, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando.

This mandatory course which is required for new and renewal agent appointments with Citizens will be held from 2:30 to 5:30 PM on Monday, July 14, 2008. This course is designed to educate agents and customer service representatives (CSRs) on the fundamentals of Citizens' rules and application submission process. Knowledge gained from the class will assist in submitting accurate, complete applications the first time, thus reducing time and cost to agencies. The Agent Certification Program will be presented by Citizens staff and includes four modules - Agent/Agency Compliance, Personal Residential, Commercial Residential and Commercial Non-residential.

Attendence at the class is included in the full conference registration fee which is $340 for members or $485 for non-members or our special one-day registration fee of $99 which includes lunch and a full day of CE and other breakout presentations on Monday, July 14, 2008. You also have the option of registering only for the Citizens class for $50.
