“AGENT ETHICS FOR 2008-2009”

Intermediate level
3-hour Continuing Education (#63574) for all licensees, as approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services.
(Authority line 9908) Including life, health, variable annuity, and property/casualty insurance licenses.
This course meets the new CE requirements for agents, pursuant to Florida Statutes 626-2815. All agents must have three (3) hours on the topic of “Ethics” in each two-year continuing education compliance period and this course fulfills the requirement.

“LONG TERM CARE PARTNERSHIP AND THE FLORIDA AGENT”

Intermediate level
8-Hour Continuing Education (#59590) for all health licenses.
(Authority line 240) as approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services.

All agents who sell, solicit or negotiate Long Term Care Insurance must complete eight hours of initial long-term care insurance training on or before December 31, 2007, and must complete four hours of additional training each 24-month period thereafter. Appointing insurers bear the responsibility of confirming that this training requirement has been met by their agents.

 

 

“PREVENTING AGENT ERRORS AND OMISSIONS”

Intermediate level
3-Hour Continuing Education (#54680) as approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services.
(Authority line 9901) Including life, health, variable annuity, and general lines insurance licenses (not health-only licenses, however).
This course qualifies for 10% premium discount.
